Description
This is a series of cooking classes that will betaking place in my home 3 times a week which will introduce you to Palestinian cooking. There will be a variety of recipes to learn through out the course combining salads, dips, main courses and desserts.
Each class will take place over 4 hours and you will be given recipe cards, but also learn how to cook by touch rather than by reading off them. This is how i cook. I never measure anything and this brings confidence into the cook.
This class will be based around these 5 dishes below.
Mama's Muttabal
Fatayer - with meat and pomegranates
Makloubeh
Sumac and zaatar seabass tartare
Awameh - honey dumplings
The class will chop and change between all the recipes as some take more time than other to cook and you will be hands on making the dishes in groups of 2 and watching me. There will be no more than 4 people to a class. It is all about time planning and giving you confidence to have a lunch or a dinner without panic and plenty of confidence in what you are doing.

I have not received my Palestinian cooking class 2 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Palestinian cooking class 2 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
