So far we have Carlingford Oysters, Dooncatle Oysters, Menai Oysters, Porthilly Oysters, West Mersea Rock & Native Oysters, Fal Natives & Fal Rocks, Dooriel Creek Oysters, Harty Oysters, Whitstable Oysters and a brand new variety from the Isle of Barra in the Outer Hebrides.
Some of the farmers will take time away from their waders and depuration tanks to shuck your oysters and treat you to an ultimately immersive oyster experience.
