To celebrate the best of the sussex summer produce we will be cooking up a vegetarian feast using the best produce from Barcombe Nurseries and Laines Organic Farm.
Both farms use the best organic and biodynamic farming techniques and we have found that it really shows in the quality of their product and the health and vibrancy of their properties. Our chefs did a tour recently and were really excited about what they could create, using such amazing fruit and vegetables.
We would love for you to come celebrate some amazing locals doing some amazing things in the beautiful sussex country side.
the menu will feature 4 vegetarian courses to share with those around you, we will of course be offering natural wine to match and a special guest local natural sparking wine.
