ONLINE - Weekly Monday night Gong Bath

From GBP 0.00

Location

Date

Mar 30 2020 20:00 - 21:30

Description

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have made all my weekly online events donation only. It is now more important than ever to meditate and connect to our inner world when the outer world seems out of control.

Rachael will guide you through a guided relaxation and gong bath all in the comfort and safety of your own home.

People often report deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and deeper connections to their intuition as well as peaceful sleep, following a gong bath which is something we all need right now.

Questioning whether gong works online? Check out this feedback from people who have already done my online gong baths...

"I feel so much more relaxed and calm!"
"Thank you, absolutely loved it!! feel so so relaxed, tingles all over xxxxx"

"Thank you so much. Beautiful time, can’t believe how similar it feels to in person. Thank you. x"
"That was amazing Rach as you said as good as face to face. Can’t wait til next week!"

Join us and see for yourself.

Much Love

Rachael

In order to create the best experience for yourself at home I recommend the following:
- Give yourself time to download the Zoom software if you've not done so already.
- Create a warm, comfortable and safe space for yourself to experience. You can lie down and have a blanket over you to keep you warm. You may even want an eye mask.
- Listen through headphones or a speaker if possible as inbuilt speakers in laptops/ phone etc... may not give you the range you need for the full gong sounds to translate
- Make sure you are on mute when you join the zoom room. In the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, there should be a microphone. Make sure it is set to off. You should be muted on entry but just in case.
- If you need to communicate with me there is a chat box to type in to.
- Remember the intention and the energy of gong are as important as the physical vibration and as you can see above, people are reporting the same benefits online

Tickets are donation based - suggested minimum donation £5 but pay what you can.

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.

  • What is refund protection and why would I need it?

Refund Protection provides you with the assurance that if unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances interfere with your ability to attend an event you can claim a refund. For more information on this, read here.
