All purchases grant access to the Live Stream, if you are unable to attend the Live Stream, within 24 hours, we will make the video available for 7 days to watch at your leisure, you will not need to contact us for the link

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Online Spring 2026 Semester Pass tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my Online Spring 2026 Semester Pass ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
