Online Meditation Mornings

From 10:00-13:00 Saturdays each month Suryacitta runs online quiet meditation mornings over Zoom (See World Time Buddy to check the timing in your country)

PLEASE NOTE: Should you miss the session you will be sent a recording of it.   

These online mindfulness mornings are primarily run in silence apart from short talks from Suryacitta, meditation guidance and a slot for question and answers. You can attend alone or with family members.  

These are suitable for anybody who has some experience of meditation. 

The meditations will be 20 minutes long punctuated with breaks.   Requirements: A quiet space, a computer, tablet or smartphone and a decent internet or 3g/4g connection.  Please log on around 10-5 minutes prior to the start and wait quietly. You will be muted so we cannot here all the background sounds. You can unmute yourself or Suryacitta will unmute you during the question time.   

Suryacitta, co-founder of Mindfulness CIC is the author of five books including Happiness and How it Happens - Finding Contentment Through Mindfulness. He teaches and speaks around the UK, Europe and Australia and is known for his down to earth, simple and practical style free from jargon and cliches. 

He has been practising meditation since 1989 and teaching since 1996.
