These online mindfulness mornings are primarily run in silence apart from short talks from Suryacitta, meditation guidance and a slot for question and answers. You can attend alone or with family members.
These are suitable for anybody who has some experience of meditation.
The meditations will be 20 minutes long punctuated with breaks. Requirements: A quiet space, a computer, tablet or smartphone and a decent internet or 3g/4g connection. Please log on around 10-5 minutes prior to the start and wait quietly. You will be muted so we cannot here all the background sounds. You can unmute yourself or Suryacitta will unmute you during the question time.
