Join raw plant based chef, Bruna Oliveria, to learn all the tips and tricks for using aquafaba as an amazingly versatile vegan egg replacer. 

The class will include:

  • How to make a tasty fluffy vegan omelette 
  • Make a light airy vegan chocolate mousse using only natural sweeteners
  • A chance to ask Bruna questions
  • Recipe handout with a bonus recipe for making egg-free meringues

About Bruna

Bruna Oliveira is a raw chef and the founder of London Nut Cheese Co. She studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living. Bruna loves creating delicious recipes with the aim of inspiring people to transform their lives through making positive changes in their diet. 


INGREDIENTS LIST

  • Aquafaba (liquid from 4-5 cans of chickpea preferably organic, look for non added salt versions) ideally chilled overnight - 500ml
  • Cream of tartar 10g
  • Chickpea flour 300g
  • Nutritional yeast 100g
  • Turmeric powder 10g
  • Garlic powder 10g
  • Mushroom 50 g
  • Spinach 20g
  • Fresh herbs
  • Grilled pepper 1 small jar (optional)
  • Kala Namak/Indian black salt (optional)
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil 5 ml
  • Green salad to serve with the omelette (optional)
  • Vegan dark chocolate 200g
  • Coconut sugar or Xylitol 50-100g
  • Vanilla extract 5ml
  • Orange 1 (optional)

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
