This 1-hour Pilates Class is suitable for all abilities and experience. It can be suitable for someone that has never done any form of fitness before up to an advanced level of fitness individual. This classes take place in a very lovely main road in Brixton.
Pilates is usually used as a form of rehabilitation, injury prevention, improve performance for a specific sport, or just seeking to improve the way of life in your daily activities.
Classes are up to 15 people and Mats and blocks are provided unless you feel more comfortable with your own one, feel free to bring it with you :)
