Lights And Lines is proud to present the 6th annual Off The Record Independent Music Festival. This year we'll be reintroducing the secret 3rd stage - The Inner Sleeve - and bringing you more bands than ever!
Across the 3 stages we'll be celebrating Brighton's vibrant, alternative music scene with over 20 of the city's best independent bands. This year our 2nd and 3rd stages will be run by Joe Garrard and Riff Taff Music.
