We are opening our doors to the public for vineyard tours, tastings and the opportunity to buy our beautiful sparkling wine from our Cellar Door.
Please join us for a unique tour experience at Nyetimber Manor on Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th of September 2015.
FAQs
What will happen on the day?
Guests will be welcomed to the vineyard and be taken on a tour of the vineyard where we will explain our history, the winemaking process, and our unique conditions, this will be followed by a guided tasting of a range of our wines.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be over 18 to participate in the wine tasting so this isn't a suitable event for little ones.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive punctually for your time slot. The tours will be taking place on schedule so don't get left behind!
Can I buy wine on the day?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to purchase our wines from the 'Cellar Door' where your ticket price will be redeemable against the cost of a case (6 bottles).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If you are driving please use the map and postcode detailed above, there is ample parking at the vineyard. If you are coming via train, then the nearest station is Pulborough - you can easily take a taxi to the vineyard from the station. The journey time is approx 8-10 minutes. We advise that you pre-book a taxi to and from the vineyard with MJ Cars on 01798 874321 or Tri-Cars on 01403 783285.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring your printed ticket with you on the day - this will help speed up your registration once you arrive on site for your allocated tour slot.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, it is fine for someone else to use your ticket in case you are unable to come on the day.

I have not received my Nyetimber Open Day ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Nyetimber Open Day tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Nyetimber Open Day tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Nyetimber Open Day ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the Nyetimber Open Day waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
