Join us at our table, as we present a five course menu to a small group of diners. For June, the Swine That Dines returns to where it all began, Nose To Tail. At the heart of our menu is the belief that we must utilize as much of the animal as possible without creating waste. And this time we focus solely on one animal.
Cabrito Goat do not breed goats, but instead take the male goats from the dairy industry that would normally be culled a birth. They raise these animals to the highest of welfare standards and so produce excellent quality meat.
Our menu is designed to show respect for both the producer and the animal as we present to you our unique take on #NoseToTail.
As we are an unlicensed venue we will not be able to provide you with alcohol. However please feel free to bring you own wine / beer etc to accompany the meal.
