Join multi-award winning photographer and actor Bill Ward as he takes you on a journey along the rugged and remote North West edge of the British Isles. From Applecross to Durness, and from Stornaway to Vatersay, Bill has travelled the length and breadth of the Outer Hebrides, as well as walking the far North West corner of the Scottish Mainland. Expect seascapes a-plenty, standing stones, and Bill’s unique mix of Creative Photography: Abstracts, ICMs, and In Camera Multiple Exposures.

I have not received my North by Northwest ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your North by Northwest tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your North by Northwest tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my North by Northwest ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
