Expect; welcome canapé and drinks on the quay watching the sun go down, candlelit trestle tables, 6 course taster menu based on local ingredients, paired with delicious and interesting wines from around the world - and the sounds and smell of the sea as your backdrop!

- Burratta, peach and proscuitto salad with raspberry vinaigrette and Norfolk honey
- Smoked eel, pickled apple and maple syrup, with walnuts, lardons with a buttermilk and chive sauce
- Goats cheese agnolotti, with spiced tomato sauce, sourdough crumb and basil oil
- Butter poached Norfolk lobster, with fennel and samphire, elderflower vinegar and batter scraps
- Duck breast, confit leg croquette, macerated cherries and tarragon oil
