To share, To laugh, To eat - Inspired by our Spanish roots & traditions, Nomad presents a British Tapeo concept.
Join us for an 8-course tapas menu @ London Cooking Project featuring the traditional sharing format of eating.
The Food.
We maintain the ideas & feelings deep-rooted in Tapas tradition, though interpret them through a playful, modern and uninhibited lens.
The night will be feature 8 courses, an amalgam of:
Reinvented Tapas - our caldoso 'brothy rice' flavoured with Iberico pork.
Unconventional flavour profiles - citrus cured salmon, smoked with oak and severed with chorizo mayo, dill & cucumbers.
Classics that capture the essence of Tapas - our Rioja braised lamb foreshank, served on the bone with parsnips.
The menu progresses from the subtle & delicate to the bold & powerful - each dish carries its own unique enchantment & profile. All accompanied by a beautiful organic/biodynamic wine selection.

Profits from Tapa 8 will go to our venue hosts - London Cooking Project. Based in an old ice factory, LCP act as a private social enterprise who provide opportunities to develop and nurture young talent, as well as, educating & enhancing knowledge around food. This is something we are tremendously passionate about and believe in; health & the creative expression that is food.
Our Background.
Coming from a Chinese-Malay, French & Spanish family & born in the concoction of culture that is London, a true confluence of flavours & perspectives lies in the blood of brothers, Alex & Chris. Their cooking embraces their roots as well as their experiences, culminating in a style that is intimately British, yet unafraid to step into these powerful cuisines.

I have not received my Nomad : Tapa 8 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Nomad : Tapa 8 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Nomad : Tapa 8 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Nomad : Tapa 8 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
