The Thought.
Our philosophy is clear; food is simply yet powerfully a means to bring people together. We apply this think to all area of our work, our dinners hold a social & familial feel as we believe a shared experience is that much more pleasurable, enjoyable & memorable.
Having said that, we wish for our evenings to showcase an innovative food journey, that people can be inspired by; we see the beauty of wholesome comfort food, yet we appreciate the inspiration that conceptual & precise food can evoke - we try to find a sweet spot between these.
The Food.
The 5 course menu (plus little goodies) comes from a flavour focus stand point, however the dishes hold an interesting & playful nature.
To begin, the dishes are delicate & introduce intriguing flavour combinations such as; Home Cured & Smoked Wild Salmon with Grape, Chorizo Crumb & Citrus Mayo. The menu progresses to a more overtly delicious position, the wholesome mains include, Smoked Chicken, Crispy Skin with Corn & Beetroot Purees and Braised Venison with a Coffee Sauce, Raisin & Onion Jam & Burnt Broccoli. To round the night off we will be serving a charming pre-dessert, a trio of balanced Domes to refresh & entice the palate before our final Green Tea & Chocolate dish.

Coming from a Chinese-Malay, French & Spanish family & born in a melting pot of culture, London; a true confluence of flavours lies in the blood of brothers, Alex & Chris. Their cooking embraces their roots, culminating in a style that is intimately British, yet unafraid to step into these powerful cuisines.
Our principles on health are ingrained in our style of cooking: Everything we source is organic & wild.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Nomad : Pill Box tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
