Level10 Church are delighted to offer their first parenting course, called No Instruction Manual! The course has:
- Five sessions covering key aspects of helping your child to grow up in today's world.
- Four topic areas. The online world, building resilience, managing feelings and being being the best parents we can be.
- Open to all parents in the local area with children of school age.
- £10 per couple for all five sessions
- First session will be on Wednesday 21 February from 7:30-9pm then every subsequent Wednesday until 22 March.
All sessions taught and led by Andy Hider
Andy has been a youth worker in a variety of different settings for the past 30 years. For the last 18 years he has been based at The Westgate School in Winchester, where he is the Head of Pupil Support. Andy has been leading parenting workshops over the past 10 years. His experiences as a Father and also talking daily to young people within school, has helped him develop some key parenting skills and through clear communication and ‘easy to listen to’ workshops, has built up a strong connection with local parents. Andy is married to Ali and has 3 children aged 19, 12 and 9 years old.

I have not received my No Instruction Manual ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your No Instruction Manual tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your No Instruction Manual tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my No Instruction Manual ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
