Kefir & Kombucha with Tracebridge Fermenteria

7pm - 9:30pm
Course price: £45 / £40 (TOCS / Market Maker members) including materials.
Join Katie Venner from Tracebridge Fermentaria who will talk you through the process for making fermented drinks. Katie will also show you how to flavour kombucha to take home with you._ _ _ _ _ _ _
PREPARATION/WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.

Where to park
Head for Park Road (BA11 1EU) and take the small lane which is the first left turn - signposted "Forward".
Drive as far as you can go then park on the RIGHT in front of black metal studio building. This area is marked "Forward, Private Parking: permit holders only". Most of the staff from the offices will have gone home so you are welcome to use these spaces. If you block anyone in please leave your mobile number on your dashboard.
(Please do not park on the left - these spaces belong to Wesley Church - or in the first car park you arrive at - these spaces also belong to the church and Pure Moves).
There are a limited number of parking spaces available here so if it is full you may use the overflow car park at the rear of St Catharine's Church hall. This is the second left off Park Road. Please only use the spaces at the rear signposted "Forward". You will then need to return to The Old Church School on foot.
How to get to the Refectory
To the left of the Forward car park there are some steps leading up to a black door. Go through this door and bear left to the glass-fronted refectory.
We will put out some A-boards to help with directions and one of our team will be on hand to welcome you.
