“A cultural bridge between Tokyo and London, by the next generation”.
BOURGEOIS CULTURE MAGAZINE is derived from a web magazine “BOURGEOIS TOKYOxLONDON” which was launched in London, 2013. In the generation where Social Media is so accessible, the chief editor, YUSUKE.D.MARIA has a strong belief in conveying the reality of things in a convincing way so he started making the magazine when he was 22 years old. The concept of the magazine is “the cultural bridge between Tokyo and London” and is an attempt to make more people get to know the culture of Tokyo and London. In Tokyo, they did photo shooting and interviewed people at Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Roppongi, as well as at Shoreditch, Brixton, Kings Road and Piccadilly Circus in London. The first edition cover model is emma, who is half English and half Japanese. The aim is to inspire Next Generation through the introduction of people who catch YUSUKE.D.MARIA and his generation’s eyes.
CONCEPT
In the generation where Social Media is so accessible, people can easily communicate with a smart phone in one hand, allowing them to the internet about anything, at any time. We should not be influenced only by the things we see and hear that are a mixture of truths and lies. It is true that you can only feel the reality of nature, people, cities, arts, and music by experiencing them directly for yourself. To the next generations especially, I want them to spend their money on real life experiences rather than just on material goods. The reason why people around the world are interested in Tokyo and London is because of the multi cultural diversity. I would like to share my own experiences and thought through this magazine and to become the bridge between Tokyo and London.

I have not received my NEXT GENERATION Vol.1 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your NEXT GENERATION Vol.1 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your NEXT GENERATION Vol.1 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my NEXT GENERATION Vol.1 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
