THE BEST NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION IN CUMBRIA
GUESTS CAN ARRIVE FROM 6PM FOR DRINKS AND CANAPES IN THE OLD GREAT HALL IN FRONT OF A ROARING FIRE.
A BAG PIPER WILL PLAY FROM 6.30 PM THROUGHOUT THE CASTLE. THE BAG PIPES WILL ALSO BRING IN THE NEW YEAR.
RELAX WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH A LUXURIOUS BUFFET IN THE 15TH CENTURY GREAT HALL AND DINING ROOMS FROM 7PM.
A PIANIST WILL ENTERTAIN WITH BACKGROUND DINNER MUSIC FOR EVERYONE THROUGHOUT THE BUFFET, INTERSPERSED WITH THE BAG PIPES.
HELENA AND THE HOTSHOTS ARE BACK PLAYING A JAZZ AND MODERN NUMBERS FOR GUESTS IN THE OLD GREAT HALL FROM 9.30PM.
THERE WILL BE A DISCO FROM MIDNIGHT THAT WILL HAVE YOU UP DANCING TO THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING.
THE UPSTAIRS BAR WILL BE ROOM AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE EVENING FOR BANQUET GUESTS.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
