Due to last years success, it’s back!
We are bringing in the New Year @ TripYoga with a Yoga Class followed by a film.
Ann will teach a 90 minute energising flow so you feel you can bounce into the new year with enthusiasm, flow and grace. We’ll then cosy up in the TripSpace Studio with tea and snacks ready for a screening of this years selected film:

This documentary, orchestrates the voices and reflections of 25 leading yoga teachers on what yoga is and how it applies to our lives……
