Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at aqua, a fabulous rooftop venue in the heart of the West End. Guests have a choice of restaurants to dine in; contemporary Japanese in aqua kyoto, or innovative Spanish cuisine in aqua nueva. Choose a bar ticket at award-winning cocktail bar aqua spirit; there are also three stunning rooftop terraces.
CELEBRATION DINNER AT AQUA KYOTO £175 PER GUEST
Includes celebratory menu of aqua kyoto, a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne on arrival, entertainment during dinner and a DJ from 10pm until 4am.
Reservations available between 7.30pm - 10.00pm, the table is yours for the entire evening (Bar opens to all guests at 6.00pm).
EARLY DINING AT AQUA KYOTO £125 PER GUEST
Reservations available between 6.00pm - 7.15pm, with a two hour return. Please note this offering is only valid for dinner at the times stated.
Your early dinner ticket includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne upon arrival, our celebratory menu of Japanese cuisine at aqua kyoto and complimentary access to bar for the New Year's Eve countdown and views of the London fireworks from our terrace.

NEW YEAR'S EVE BAR TICKET £55 PER GUEST
Includes a glass of Champagne on arrival. Entry between 6pm - 11pm. DJ will be playing from 10pm until 4am.
Due to our central location, we ask guests to be mindful of road closures on the evening.
All guests must be over 18 years of age.
The ticket price is fully inclusive of 20% VAT and a 12.5% discretionary service charge.

Please note tickets are non-refundable from Friday 29th November, 2019. If you must cancel or amend your bookings on or after Friday 29th November, you hereby authorise aqua kyoto Ltd. to retain the full deposit amount.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
