Join us for an evening beneath the energy of the New Moon, dedicated to experiencing inner peace and relaxation while you float away on the vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.
New moons represent fresh starts and new beginnings, so it’s the best time to initiate a project or plant seeds and intentions, to receive the harvest at the corresponding full moon six months later. Putting intentions onto paper can take them much further. One study even showed that people who wrote down their goals and shared them with others were 33% more likely to achieve them.

Your event host, Georgie, will guide you through a Soundbath of reset, divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst you set your intentions for the New Moon. This Wednesday night sound bath to celebrate the New Moon will guide you into a higher state of vibration and allow you to set seeds of intentions that will carry you through the next 6 months and beyond.

How does sound healing work?

When exposed to this frequency during a sound bath, each part has the capacity to match that tone and attune itself to its original state of wellness and optimum functionality. During deep meditative states that are reached with sound healing, the body has the ability to heal itself on a cellular level.
