What to expect -
CACAO CEREMONY + INTENTION SETTING 💦🤎💦
I will prepare Costa Rican ceremonial cacao. It is the most potent, heart-opening, yummy cacao I’ve ever tried!
This new moon is a powerful time to plant seeds + get clear on your intentions for the rest of 2022 + beyond.
Sagittarius is a FIRE sign - passionate, maleable + future-thinking. This portal will amplify your visions + help you to move forward with conviction + enthusiasm.
The medicine of cacao will help you connect to your heart's truest desires.

We'll be at MOVE Studio... so it'd be rude not to move our bodies!
I will guide you through an embodiment practice accompanied by a musical journey inspired by the new moon energy.
This is a safe space to move, sound, express + feel.
There will be time to rest, relax + integrate.
Remember, ALL of YOU is welcome...
Resistance, fear, shyness, rage… Bring it and move through it with the loving support of your sisters. 💜

Please bring anything you’d like to offer to the alter… a crystal to charge up … or some leaves from the ground as an offering… Whatever inspires you!
WHAT (else) TO BRING 💜⭐️💜
- Comfy clothes to move in - layers you can take on and off
- Warm socks (we do have heating and blankets provided)
- Bottle of water
- Journal and pen to write intentions down
- Snack for grounding afterwards (especially if you have to travel a distance home). The cacao is elevating!
- A shamanic drum or rattle (if you desire)
