To celebrate the start of a new season and the transition into the feisty Aries energy, I have prepared a very special 2-hour workshop to help us to harness our inner fire. The workshop will include a guided chakra meditation, an in-depth discussion about chakras and the different properties of each of the individual energy centres (in particular the navel chakra), different breathing techniques and a full 1-hour kundalini movement class focusing on the Manipura chakra (navel). This ritual will leave you feeling relaxed yet energised, with a new zest for life and the inspiration to set new intentions for the year ahead with the help of the fiery Aries and Mars energy.

She holds regular group classes and also provides private sessions for all the above mentioned practices. Chloe has been practicing Yoga for more than 8 years and wishes to spread the love and joy she has gained from the years of her personal practice & her own healing journey <3
