Come and learn the wonders of natural fermentation and fresh food preservation at this hands-on workshop in our thriving rooftop garden. 

Participants will learn the benefits of using naturally derived yeasts to preserve and enhance a variety of garden-grown produce, as well as techniques used to create delicious lacto-fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi and more. 

The workshop will be practically focused on participants making and taking home a natural ferment of their own.

Once the workshop has finished, everyone will be invited to stay and chat with the grower and other guests, whilst enjoying some light nibbles, consisting of produce grown directly on the rooftop.
