We are excited to present an evening of music from Scandinavia, Russia, and the Baltic States. The Northern Lights are a beautiful phenomenon, visible only from certain places in the world. Many composers have lived and worked under these spectacular lights and they continue to be a great source of inspiration. With music by Sibelius, Atterberg, Part and Grieg the concert will be a variety of music culminating in Tchaikovsky's magnificent Serenade for Strings in C major.
