MOZF will run via Zoom Meetings. You can choose to share your video or not during the party. As with our physical spaces, we operate a zero tolerance policy to harassment of any kind. In order to maintain a safe space for all attendees, we will only be sharing the Zoom link upon Billetto ticket registration. Please DO NOT share this publicly. All attendees will be muted upon entry, and the chat functionality will be disabled. Please be respectful to all MOZF attendees; do not assume anyone's gender, please don't get naked and remember to ask for people's pronouns. Anyone who contravenes our policy will be removed from the meeting, which will be moderated by the MOZF team. Zoom is not a private space, and there have been incidents of offensive and unacceptable language. We will strive to ensure this doesn’t happen, but please note there is always a risk.
We can't wait to spend Saturday night on the virtual Zidane's Floor with you, and raise money for Sport Shifts, an organisation which aims to further conversations about sports, by bringing diverse voices and topics to the table. Their 2020 fundraising is to host at least 4 events that platform Black women, to continue to collaborate and connect with new faces in the sports industry and beyond, and to create a space safe that encourages conversation critical discussion or debate and actions.

✨MOZF is East London’s quarterly night run by female & non-binary footballers at Goal Diggers FC, usually held at The Yard in Hackney Wick but we have turned virtual to bring you some queer joy, music and community for the foreseeable future. All donations from the night will be going to Sport Shifts. ✨

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
