ANYA HAYES: Pilates instructor, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher and author specialising in pre and postnatal health and wellness. Anya is on a mission to empower women with the tools to navigate through the motherhood labyrinth with pelvic floor and sanity intact. She’s the co-author of The Supermum Myth: Overcome anxiety, ditch guilt and embrace imperfection. Her new book, Pilates for Pregnancy, is out now and Postnatal Pilates publishes next year.
YVADNEY DAVIS is a freelance fashion stylist and mum of 2. She is also the Founder of #MumsThatSlay that celebrates style, self love and purpose for modern mums.
ALICE RICKARD is one of London's top Personal Trainers and Strength & Conditioning Coaches. She is a strong promoter of change, be it physical or mental, to make sure you are the happiest and most confident you can be to enjoy life to the fullest.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing that is suitable for cardio exercise. Spinning shoes and towels will be provided. Showers are available after the 30 minute ride, so feel free to bring clothes to change into afterwards. Lockers are available to store your belongings.
Q: I have never taken a spin class, can I still come?
A: Yes you sure can, all levels are welcome to attend.
Q: Can I come on my own?
A: Yes you can. MUMS NIGHT (SP)IN is an encouraging and suportive environment.
Q: I am unfit and quite conscious of my body, will this be an event I can attend?
A: Absolutely, this is the perfect environment for you. This is your opportunity to try out a spin class, meet like minded mums with mixed fitness abilities. Plus the carefully chosen expert panel will be there to encourage you.
