Join MumHood & Young Gums for a special workshop on weaning your baby.
The session will kick off with a 60 minute MumHood Post-Natal Fitness Class. This full-body workout is the perfect way to start back on your journey to full fitness without the need for childcare. An hour of upbeat tunes, to get your sweat on whilst bonding with your bubba!
After the class there will be a 15 minute break to cool down and get your breath back before part 2 at 11.15am.
In part 2, Young Gums will give some sage advise on weaning your baby...
With so much conflicting advice and so many opinions, figuring out how wean, and plan meals for, your baby is one of new motherhood's most confusing challenges. But it doesn't have to be. Mama-of-one and founder of East London based, cool and conscious, baby food Insta-blog @Young_Gums, Elizabeth Bentley will talk to you about her experiences of weaning her baby mindfully and consciously. She will share her simple feeding philosophy and demonstrate one of the most popular dishes from the blog, and a brand new unseen recipe from the upcoming Young Gums cookbook which launches globally next summer. Prepare to learn the art of #OneHandCooking, mamas!
Tickets are priced at £15 for the 2 hour session.
If you are pregnant or not yet ready to take part in the exercise part of the session then tickets for the talk can be purchased for £7.50.
There will be light refreshments during part 2. Everyone is in the same boat so plenty of opportunity to meet like minded mums and If any time during the session you need to take a break to feed, nurse or change your little one, that's OK!
