Join MumHood & Project love for a special event all about self-love for mamas.
The session will kick off with a 60 minute MumHood Post-Natal Fitness Class. This full-body workout is the perfect way to start back on your journey to full fitness without the need for childcare. An hour of upbeat tunes, to get your sweat on whilst bonding with your bubba!
After the class there will be a 15 minute break to cool down and get your breath back before part 2 at 11.15am.
In part 2, join co-founder of Project Love and life design coach, Selina Barker for a class on self-love for mamas - looking at why it's so important for us mothers to get really good at self-love and self-care and how to do it when you’re busy looking after everyone else. It’s an opportunity to get together with other mums and for an hour turn your focus on YOU. Selina will lead you through some simple life design exercises that will get you looking at what you need to feel happy and fulfilled in life and how to manage all that when you’re also looking after the needs of your family.
Tickets are priced at £15 for the 2 hour session
If you are pregnant or not yet ready to take part in the exercise part of the session then tickets for the talk can be purchased for £7.50.
There will be light refreshments of tea and healthy cake during part 2. Everyone is in the same boat so plenty of opportunity to meet like minded mumas and If any time during the session you need to take a break to feed, nurse or change your little one, that's OK!
