We're back! Join us on Saturday 24th September in London's Hyde Park, or take part in a total of 10 KMs, as many times as you like, on your own or with your family and pets, around the comfort of your own home, garden or local area!

The Mouth Cancer Foundation exists to raise awareness and support for mouth cancer. The charity endeavours to promote, protect, educate and support the public. Informing people on the signs, symptoms, risk factors, facts and figures and key causes of mouth cancer is extremely important and something which the charity is very passionate about.

There are over 8700 new cases of mouth cancer in the UK each year. 2722 lives are lost each year. World wide the disease affects 650000 people per year. The charity is encouraging as many people as possible to join us in London's Hyde Park on Saturday 24th September 2022 for the first time since the pandemic, for a FREE 10 KM Awareness Walk.

If London is a step too far then we would also like as many people as possible to stride a 10 K around their local area any time between Saturday 1st October and Wednesday 30th November 2022. We are holding the walk during Mouth Cancer Action Month to raise as much awareness as possible. It is also an opportunity to celebrate survivorship and raise funds to continue to support patients, carers and survivors coping with mouth cancer.

This walk is open to everyone, including dogs/pets, or any age and ability. Encourage all your friends, family and colleagues to sign up and help us grow this event.
