MOUNTAIN BASS WINTER EXPERIENCE - ANDORRA
It's been a long time coming... the mountains are calling!We welcome you to a 5 day drum & bass experience packed with snow sports, fun, banter and epic events, on and off the ski slopes, in stunning and unique mountain locations. Our project is based in Andorra, situated in a quaint alpine village within a ski resort and it reflects a brand new, previously unseen concept. We have included a whole heap of ancillary experiences to keep you entertained, alongside a hand picked selection of our favourite artists who reflect the vibe, spirit and passion of this endeavour.Our ethos is quality over quantity, intimacy instead of huge stage with big crowds and massive production. Our focus is on building friendships and unforgettable memories, fostering a sense of togetherness and a spirity of unity. The Mountain Bass Experience is a space where we can all enjoy the mountains, the snow, the music, the banter and, most importantly, a place where everyone is equal through our love of drum & bass - goers, promoters, bar staff, locals and artists alike.This is a strictly limited capacity experience capped at just 200 people, enabling us to create experiences otherwise impossible with thousands of attendees and allowing us to truly get to know one another and enjoy this new concept together.

Our headline artist, Etherwood, has leapt straight to the forefront of the drum & bass world over the years with his distinctively beautiful and unique production. Keeno’s technical ability seeps into his live performance and he has become one of Hospital’s top tier DJ’s, regularly booked for global events. His penchant for adaptability is shown not only by the variety of artists he has collaborated with, namely, Makoto, Whiney and Urbandawn, but also diverse artists such as London Elektricity, S.P.Y and Above & Beyond, for whom he has been enlisted on remix duties.We gladly welcome Keeno to the beautiful setting of the Pyrenees mountains where his stunning, atmospheric and classical take on drum & bass will perfectly complement the epic mountain landscapes and the spirit of this experience. Music has always been in Degs’ blood, an accomplished pianist, guitarist and singer with a militant flow and a golden voice, spanning eclectic tastes moulded by a musical family.The portal to the world of drum & bass was opened for Degs after first hearing the sounds of Bad Company and London Elektricity at 15 years of age. Six years down the line, he picked up the mic and got on the stage. He swiftly became one of jump up’s best kept secrets, earning himself resident spots at shows across Europe.Years later, he has honed his craft and become adept in many styles. With a strong R&B and hip hop influence, his songwriting and MCing soon took a soulful turn proving the adaptability and musical prowess of this accomplished songwriter. It’s no easy feat to master the dual-craft of rapping and singing, with few MC’s possessing the skills shown by the latest artist to join the Hospital family. His debut single 'Poveglia' (feat De:Tune) was an overwhelming success which garnered support in clubs across the globe and became one of the D&B anthems of summer 2018. Run Tingz Cru have been a staple of the Bristol DnB / Jungle scene for over 20 years where they´ve long had established roots. They have been shelling down raves and global performances across countless countries and festivals such as Boomtown and Glastonbury ever since. Initially starting out as a production and DJ outfit, they have now moved on to curating live streams, events and podcasts, showcasing a plethora of the scenes greatest and latest talent from a range of unique locations, including prisons, military tank warehouses and more. We first got hooked on their distinctive Jungle sound over 11 years ago when they released classic Jungle bangers like 'Took my Breath away', 'Sweet Sunshine ft Topcat', 'I got love for you baby ft. Blackout JA & Lady MC' (which we relentlessly rinsed in our own DJ sets!) and subsequently landed them on the 'Welcome to The Jungle' albums from Jungle Cakes bosses Ed Solo & Deekline.
After having Run Tingz perform on our own events and associated brands in and around Bristol, they soon became good friends and we are super hyped to have them bringing a slighly heavier and Junglistic sound to this project, with their own lineup to be announced. We initially discovered him on Spotify and were so amazed at his flawless and underrated production and DJing skills, we signed him immediately. With a modern mix of hard hitting drums, big basslines & heart melting sounds, Remote Kontrol always brings you into a state of ecstasy and creates an unforgettable time on the dancefloor, with epic mixes and a euphoric sound. His latest tracks 'Diamant', 'Recovery', 'Again' and 'Shining Lights' prove his production skills and have earned him tens of thousands of views online - although, we feel his style and name is extremely underrated and we implore you to go and have a listen! His ability to create a vibe any time means this versatile DJ can cater for any crowd or venue and has seen him perform on stages huge and small, to the same effect. He is also amassing a following on Tik Tok for his streams and track selection although he's never been fussed about social media. Just pure vibes, we know he can deliver! We're so excited to have him perfom in a brand new location for us!

Our next support DJ comes from the Peak District and is a huge lover and ambassedor of all things liquid, jazzy, rolling and uplifting drum & bass. Vint-1 aka DJ Binbags is the founder of Bath City Bass events and founder /co-owner of the Mountain Bass brand, a huge lover of everything music related. His first stint behind the decks was after winning a DJ competition for a weekly residency in a local club in his hometown of Bath. When asked for his DJ name, he hadn´t thought of one so, as a joke, he replied "DJ Bin Bags" which then stuck! After earning a further three more residencies in local nights, we´ve hilariously seen that name supporting some of the scenes biggest names across the genres of hip hop, reggae, jungle and D&B. As well as putting on his own events for over a decade, he's worked for the industrys biggest brands and performed on huge club and festival stages across the UK and Europe. Expect a mixture of styles and flavours, spanning decades of love for drum & bass and roots / underground music in general.

As a personal friend also based in Andorra, we have been privvy to his love for drum & bass and his eagerness to play it in a country blinded by house music. We welcome Adrian to perform with us to satisfy that urge to Dj his "other" passion and show us all his deep love and connection to rolling basslines and atmospheric melodies!
