MORAG MYERSCOUGH TALK
HOSTED BY: Morag Myerscough
Duration: 1 hour
Morag’s mantra is ‘make happy those who are near and those who are far will come’. Born and bred in London, Morag has always lived in the city and has been fascinated by how colour and pattern can change brutal urban environments and people’s perceptions of spaces into places. Morag is known around the world for her distinct approach - making large scaffold structures adorned with neon geometric patterns and shapes, often incorporating positive messaging hand painted onto plywood.
During the talk, Morag will discuss her work as an artist and the projects she has worked on over the years. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of her talk.
THIS WORKSHOP IS PART OF THE LONDON ILLUSTRATION FAIR 2018 WORKSHOP PROGRAMME (THUR NOV 29th - SUN DEC 2nd). ENTRY TO THE EVENT MUST BE BOUGHT SEPARATELY
