Join Time Out Critics' Choice, Monkey Toast, The Improvised Chat Show Friday 25th of September at Haggerston's Proud Archivist for an unforgettable night of improvised comedy. There will be tickets available at the door.
This month we're genuinely amazed, honoured and delighted to welcome our special guests; host of the definitive improv TV show, Whose Line Is It Anyway, Clive Anderson.
Joining Clive will be gastroenterologist, Dr. Bu Hayee - who amongst other accolades has saved the life of at least one* of the show's cast.
Our guests will be interviewed by two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner, David Shore. The Monkey Toast Players will springboard into scenes, using the interviwews as inspiration for their improvisation and the improv will in turn spark further rounds of interviews.
Featuring: Charlotte Gittins, Briony Redman, Susan Harrison, Lauren Shearing, Andrew Hunter Murray, Graham Dickson, Phil Whelans, Richard Soames, Javier Jarquin and Paul Foxcroft, with musical accompaniment from Tom "Hockey Name" Hodge.
£7 advance online / £10 door - All proceeds will go to The Woodland Trust, Crohn's and Colitis UK and Tropical Isles.
