Monkey Toast Level Five Improv Class

Sep 30 2017 15:30 - 18:30

The Carpenters Arms, 12 Seymour Place, W1H 7NE London

We're proud to announce a brand new Narrative Improv Class!

Join our experienced Artistic Director, Paul Foxcroft as he guides you through the basic techniques of narrative work including story structures, slow-burn characters, long-games as well as short and long from narrative scene work.

Written and taught by Paul Foxcroft - who has performed as part of Cariad&Paul, has guested with Austentatious, worked with narrative groups across Europe and has performed with Die-Nasty in over twelve improvised 'Soapathons' - what I'm saying is, this guy knows narrative.

We'll cover a variety of techniques including; memorable character work, long-games, narrative structures and narrative scene and show work and more! There's a lot to fit in. But wait!

As this is the first time we've offered the class through Monkey Toast, we're offering a one time discount - this first term of classes is offered at 20% off! That's £160 rather than £200 - it's basically two free classes!

Level Five - Narrative Improv is currently open to graduates of our Level Four class - if you've any questions, please email me at
