Treat yourself to an inspirational and delicious Sunday morning with an energetic Jivamukti yoga flow followed by Mira Manek's healthful Indian superfood brunch.
The morning will start with a small shot of blueberry and cardamom lassi before Melody Hekmat's yoga class, focusing on fluidity, flow and mindful breathing. Mira's soulful brunch awaits you right after class. You'll taste all that is spice-inspired from jaggery-sweetened saffron porridge and cardamom chia pudding to savoury protein pudlas (pancakes) and light fluffy dhoklas, accompanied by masala chai.
All the dishes are nutritious, wholesome and healthy, nourishing the body and mind after a powerful and awakening yoga class. All levels welcome.
You'll also have Mira's Spice Bites to take away, made of dates, nuts, coconut, raw chocolate and spices - a bite for the afternoon.
