We're so happy to welcome Mira Manek to Rye London, to celebrate the launch of her cookbook Saffron Soul, for an evening of Indian-style tapas - where we can gather together at the table, over an incredible Indian Spring Feast. Mira will prepare a selection of exquisite sharing plates from masala grilled aubergine and chickpea tikkis to saffron lime cheesecake and ginger infused chai, just a few of the culinary gems featured in her upcoming cookbook.
Mira is a pioneer, changing the face of Indian food in Britain creating new, delicate cuisine bursting with flavour, colour and nutritious goodness. Her desire for healthy cooking combined with her love of traditional Indian cuisine led her to tweaking her mother's and grandmother's recipes to create lighter, healthier dishes.
