Description
If your mind seems to churn things over constantly and won't give you peace, and you want to learn how to create a quiet space for you to just be, this is the event for you.
This session will include a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.
In this yoga Nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, The practice is perfect for stress and anxiety relief. Lie down, relax, rest, and meditate all at the same time!
What's Mindfulness?
The official definition by Jon Kabat-Zinn is “the practice of paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, non judgmentally”
The Mindful state is actually an innate state of ‘being’, which we experienced as newborn babies, way before we learned about the concepts of past and future and got conditioned to believe our thoughts as reality.
The good news is that it is completely natural and quite easy to rewire our brains to bring that state back into our lives, by cultivating the skill of being the observers of our minds.
Mindfulness is proven to have a positive impact on health and wellness, reducing anxiety and stress and maintaining a healthier relationship with our own inner selves.
Some of Mindfulness benefits are:
🧘🏼♀️ Reduce stress and anxiety
👁️ Enhance focus and attention
❣️ Strengthen emotional intelligence
😴 Improves sleep quality
Immerse yourself in a serene environment and learn techniques to calm your mind and enhance self-awareness.
Unwind, relax, and tap into the transformative energy of the present moment. Reserve your spot today and embark on a journey of self-restoration.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Just a massive thank you for your amazing input in my life. I’m soooo thankful I found you to help me on my journey in this life."
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”It was an incredible experience, I didn’t think I could even meditate. Thank you so much!”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out or just need something to help you take positive steps towards a better you, this is where it all begins”
