And do you know what? Stress is not going away. The trick then is to learn to manage stress and take back control – and by doing this we begin over time to become more resilient, lessening the hold stress has over us.
In this Mindfulness & Nutrition workshop led by Marilyn Harvey you will learn how to manage and reduce stress in your daily life through the practice of effective mindfulness techniques and by identifying key foods to include in your diet during times of stress and which ones to avoid.
