The Chi Chill Zone - Flow

The Chi Chill Zone is the ultimate immersive relaxing experience.

The theme for this week's Zone is Flow.

At this event you will learn how to beat stress and anxiety with Mindful Motion exercises that combine tai chi and yoga moves with mindfulness meditation. You will get the opportunity to experience and enjoy a variety of short flowing sequences that will help you to deal with stress.

  • Beat stress
  • Learn deep relaxation techniques
  • Balance your body
  • Clear your mind
  • Achieve inner calm
  • Recharge your batteries
  • Spend quality time on yourself

If you would like to achieve a zen-like feeling and to learn how to just be in the moment, then this is the event for you. It is easy for beginners to pick up and by simply focusing on the movements, you will experience a deep sense of calm.

As the sun sets, specialist mood lighting takes over to create dreamy, otherworldly patterns on the surfaces and people around you whilst meditative music plays in the background to further enhance the relaxing feeling.

This is suitable for all levels of fitness. No special equipment required; just bring a bottle of water and wear loose clothing.

Venue: Coffee Bar (upstairs), Surbiton Hill Methodist Church, 39 Ewell Rd, Surbiton KT6 6AF.
Free parking on either side of the church.
