Harriets ethos as a Pilates teacher is that you should exercise to celebrate and nourish your body rather than punish it – use it as a tool to look after your incredible body and make you feel fabulous! Gabriella is a Life Coach who works with people to help them overcome fear, self doubt and insecurities to live their best lives. They both love moving their bodies, mindfulness and most importantly, food! This event is exactly how they'd like to spend a Saturday morning and so wanted to open it up to share with other like minded people.

What you can expect:
50 minute Pilates Class - Move your body with control and precision while connecting your movement with your mind, nourishing your joints and strengthening, lengthening and balancing your muscles. With a strong focus on alignment and working on your ‘powerhouse’ foundation from all angles, we will help your body to feel strong, energized and flexible – you only have one body to live in for your whole life – treat it well!
1 hour mindfulness workshop - "Are you tired of letting your inner critical voice control you and run the show? Do you ever wonder what life would be like without that running negative commentary in your head? Come along and learn how to relate to this voice in a new way, turn down the volume and turn up the voice of empowerment and encouragement."
Yummy refreshments to nourish and replenish your body.
Closing meditation - Gabriella will lead us in a mediation to end the session and leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated and empowered!
