- 10:00-11:00 am, WELCOME + WORKSHOP: Discover how to improve Core, Respiration, Posture and Movement to feel stronger and in tune with your body, reduce stress and prevent injuries.
- 11:00- 12:00 am, FUNCTIONAL PILATES CLASS: Claudia’s classes are a dynamic flow of mind-body conditioning exercises, which functionally strengthen thorax, deep abdominals and pelvic muscles while focusing on quality of movements, body control and postural alignment. The exercises are a fusion of Pilates principles, Yoga asanas, Functional training and Neurodynamic Mobilisations Techniques which she often likes to combine with manual facilitations and soft tissue techniques. (All levels are welcome. Different variations will be given depending on needs, concerns and injuries).
- 12:00 – 12:30 am, MINDFULNESS/BODY SCAN + RELAXATION: Calm body and mind, bring awareness to your body parts with relaxation techniques, appreciate your hard work and breathe...
- 12:30-2pm, BRUNCH: Recharge with a delicious buffet on the 5th floor and treat yourself with some healthy meals freshly prepared by Mortimer House chef. (Vegan/Vegetarian options available; price: £20 per person not included in the event ticket, please pay directly at the venue on the day)
