    Description

Online tickets closed. Limited tickets available from venue. A demo and tasting by Jennifer Kerr, founder of Minato Sushi. Jen is based at Cockenzie House & Gardens where she runs her sushi delivery business.

Jen started Minato Sushi upon returning from her year abroad in Australia. She really missed the option of having fresh, reasonably priced sushi every day and so in 2015 decided it was time to start a sushi delivery company here in East Lothian! She believes that we should be able to have the same broad range of food options that Edinburgh enjoys. Jen will be proving that sushi is not all about fish but so many other wonderful fresh and local ingredients.  Come along to see her make up several of her widely acclaimed dishes and taste for yourself.

Meantime will provide a musical accompaniment for the evening. Originally from Edinburgh and Newcastle, Meantime are a guitar and fiddle duo playing acoustic originals, folk and Americana.
