What you need to bring

In order to secure your complimentary scooter loan, we will require:

• a debit or credit card
• picture ID (e.g. drivers’ license)

Please note we will not charge your card (unless the scooter is not returned or is damaged). For your peace of mind, your documents will be kept in a secure location using CardsSafe® lockers

Some scooter tips

• 1.Be careful scooting after it has been raining, especially over manhole covers as they will be very slippery
• 2.Ensure you wear bright clothing or put a light on your scooter so you can be seen
• 3.Use your brake to stop and slow down
• 4.Be courteous to other pavement users. Move over to allow them space, or stop if there’s not enough room for you both to pass
• 5.Look out for changes of pavement surfaces, these can cause you to go faster or slower than expected

Terms and conditions

Acceptance of these rules is a condition of reservation and reservation instructions form part of these rules. Reservation indicates acceptance of these rules.

• 1.Scooter loans are open to persons aged 18 or over to reflect the adult range of scooters on offer.
• 2.Ticket reservations will operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Once all ticket reservations have been allocated the reservations page will no longer accept reservations. Each visitor will be granted a 3 hour time slot for their hire period.
• 3.Individuals will need to click on the ticket reservation they would like and submit their name, email address, contact number, debit or credit card and picture ID.
• 4.Ticket reservations must be made personally. Reservations made through agents/third parties, bulk reservations or automated reservations are invalid. No multiple reservations from a single IP address will be valid. No reservations submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated reservations are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. Proof of submitting a reservation is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The promoter is not responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed reservations, such reservations will be void.
• 5.Individuals that are successful in securing a ticket reservation will receive an e-mail confirmation from Cow PR or Billetto confirming their reservation. If successful individuals have not received this e-mail they should e-mail microscooters@cowpr.com. There will be no paper tickets. Successful individuals with a reservation are required to bring a print-out of their confirmation email, or show it on a smartphone.
• 6.Individuals’ personal data will be captured in accordance with both Micro Scooter UK’s privacy policy and/or Billetto's privacy policy.
• 7.All visitors to the scooter loan points consent to photography, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by the Promoter its affiliates and representatives.
• 8.Micro Scooters shall not be held liable for systems failures at Billetto either via the signing up process or in the allocation of each successful ticket reservation; neither can they be held responsible for the acts or omissions of other third parties involved in this Promotion.
• 9.The Promoter and the Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
• 10. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the activity outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• 11. There is no cash or other alternative to the ticket reservations in whole or in part. Reservations are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the reservation if it is transferred.
• 12. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• 13. Please note that the Promoter, and any associated suppliers, accept no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any resulting injuries or other ill-effects that guests experience as a result of scooting. Guests will be asked to sign a disclaimer form upon loan collection.
