Description

Fashion has always been a matter of constant changes: trends, inventions, innovations, revolutions, ground-breaking ideas, avant-garde aesthetics.

Nowadays, what direction is the fashion industry taking? Will technology take over? Is sustainability just a trend, or are brands changing their production the right reasons?

What’s on the minds of emerging designers? What we will wear in the future? How our habits will change? What is the contribution that the technology will give to the system?

These are some of the questions that the students of Moodart Fashion School wanted to explore through this project in collaboration with Lone Design Club.

The result of the partnership is a series of panel talks about the most important themes that are now the centre of the conversation regarding the future of the industry. We wanted to gather industry experts in the world of fashion and design that are now the main players of the discussion about the new aspects of the system. They will share their visions, ideas and experiences in order to give the audience some references, clues and information to read and interpret the future challenges that fashion will face in this new era.

We will speak about the risk of extinction, the state of the planet, the necessary revolution in the production system, the new forms of shopping, the purpose of not shopping, sustainable accessories and clothes, new brands with new ideas, 3D garments and much more. Join us to find out how the future of the fashion industry will look like.
