10th-31st August 2018 – Westquay, Southampton’s leading shopping and leisure destination, will be keeping families entertained throughout August, as the centre is transformed into an undersea fairytale with make and take workshops, adventurous storytelling and dance lessons for mermaids and pirates alike.
Imaginations will run free with four free events taking place every Friday between 10th August to 31st August 2018, from 11am-4pm. Each week will see a new and exciting activity take place, giving wannabe mermaids and pirates a truly mesmerising experience that will be as close to the real thing as possible!
Children will be transported into a world of fantasy with all activities taking place within a fully aquatic themed event space. Activities taking place throughout the month include:
- Friday 10th August – Immersive Theatre – Mermaid and Pirate stories | Pirate & Mermaid looking glasses Creative Workshop
- Friday 17th August – Mermaid and Pirate School | Mermaid Hair & Pirate Faces
- Friday 24th August – Water Games | Sand Art
- Friday 31st August – Dance Workshops | Mermaid & Pirate Wooden Spoons
No one is too old to get involved, as Westquay invites the whole family to join in with all the free activities.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
