One hour fitness/mermaid swimming, includes at least 45 minutes of pool time and fun poolside warm up and cool down. Learn to swim like a mermaid, engaging leg, arm and core muscles so your strength and flexibility improve. You'll be fitted with a fin and tail which is yours for the class (tails come in shimmery blue, green or rainbow colours). Every session includes structured time for the pod to develop group routines, fun time as well as space to enjoy moving your body in a totally new way, swimming, floating and flipping through the water. All ages (13+), sizes and swimming abilities are welcome, but you must be able to swim a width confidently, float on your back and tread water for 60 seconds. When booking please let us know your approximate size/height so we can reserve the best tail for you.
