What's it about?
This exciting education-focused event will incorporate 4 top Keynote Speakers, 40 plus workshops and 16 plus company presentations.
Ticket price: A one day general admission ticket will cost £29.95 and a two day ticket will cost £49.95. This will include entry to the event, all company presentations (subject to availability) and entry into various workshops (other workshops will be priced individually). The list of finalised workshops will be published nearer the time when you can book into the various workshops.
Workshops
Once you have purchased your general admission ticket, you can purchase a 'Gold' ticket for either Thursday or Friday or for both days. This Gold ticket will mean that you can guarantee your place on up to 10 workshops.
How much is the Gold Ticket?
The ticket for Thursday or Friday is £25. The ticket for both days is £40.
What is the procedure for booking onto the workshops?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email asking you to make your choices of workshops that you would like to attend. The link to make your choices ishere. This will help us to organise the workshop programme to suit as many investors as possible, as some workshops will be very popular so we would like to be able to run the most popular ones on both days. The provisional schedule of workshops can be found on the Mello Events website and gives an indication of the programme.
Some are FREE which means these will not count towards your 10 or 20 workshops but we would like to know if you would like to attend the free workshops.
What if I do not purchase a gold ticket?
That's fine, however, tickets for individual workshops will be priced at £9.95 and places are limited so we will not be able to guarantee you a place.
What if I change my mind about my preferences for workshops?
Just email Georgina stating the ones you would like to change, however, we would ask that you limit changes of preference to only 2 workshops.
Do I need to book onto company presentations.
No, you don't, only the workshops.

I have not received my Mello Workshop Event ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Mello Workshop Event tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Mello Workshop Event tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Mello Workshop Event ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Mello Workshop Event waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
