An evening where you will be immersed in beautiful sound and healing vibrations. Come and enjoy a deep sense of relaxation by letting the beautiful sounds wash over your body. Reaching this blissful meditative state will help your nervous system to relax and allow your body to begin to heal itself, while the harmonies of the sacred instruments soothe your busy mind. We will explore the power of meditation, mantra and breath to help balance the chakras allowing us to become more present and open to the opportunities around us.
Let's come together, connect with the earth and invite a state of clarity and into the mind, body and soul.
This workshop is suitable for everyone and no experience is necessary. If you are pregnant and would like to attend please make sure you are past the 12 week stage. Come wearing comfortable clothing. The studio is well equipped with blankets and bolsters.
